A Hero is someone who will fight with every ounce of their body to win. A Hero is someone who will do anything they can to save lives. A Hero is someone who puts everyone else above themself, even when they have multiple people telling them to take it easy. A Hero is someone who will never back down from a fight, and will never stop smiling until the very end.
Villains are the opposite of that. They're losers who keep trying to cut ahead of others in life by stealing money, or using power and fear to get what they want, or by putting others below them by whittling down their self esteem until they feel worthless and give up. They enjoy watching people writhe in pain and they'll stop at nothing to try and beat the Heroes, but they never do. They're like cockroaches that get off on coming back.

One of the guys I looked up to as a kid was like your guy. They called him the great hero because he was the strongest. They'd call him in and there was no doubt that he would win. He's the guy little kids would run around pretending to be.
After I met him I knew I wanted to be stronger than that.
