Now things have started to calm down, I have a non-urgent question--or I guess it's non-urgent for everyone but me. Is anyone here pretty good with making clothes or know someone who is?

{ he sighs after that question, and at the moment nothing seems too off other than his t-shirt looking a bit too loose. }

Thing is, with how I don't really have to hide things here and attacks can happen at any point I've already torn a bunch of shirts already and I don't really want to have to keep replacing them.

But uh-it's probably easier if I show an example.

{ and now he'll turn his back to the camera, where the fabric has a massive hole on one side with the signs of a wing tattoo peeking through it. there's only a moment before light starts to swirl from the tattoo and symbol underneath, then a massive wing is spreading out on his right hand side. it's pretty clear it's that what caused the fabric to tear and it'll fade and disappear again almost instantly.

once that demo is done, he'll turn back around and tug the shirt over his head to pull it off. once it's off he'll lift the fabric and put his hands through that hole to show the damage. }

This is the third or fourth one and unlike back home I'm having to pay for it myself. I guess it could be repaired? But I'm not sure how worth it that'd be if I could get something custom made. But yeah, obviously I will pay for the design and for making them--it's just getting pretty annoying at this point.

Hi there. With the sun out once again, I wanted to check on people. See how you are. I know it's great to see the sun again but have you seen my son?

[Oh yes. It's one of these kinds of posts. He holds up a picture of Katsuki, clearly a candid photo, of him sitting across the table from Mike in this one. His son has spiky blond hair, red eyes, and a kind of glare as he notices he's getting his photo taken.]

This is my Kitkat. He's a hero by trade. I'll admit, having a superhero for a son is amazing. At least if I ever get abducted, I'll get saved in no time. He can fight and oh boy is he smart. And even when the chips are down, he never gives up. He lost his arm and had a nasty run in with vampires during that whole mess and he's still going strong. AND! LOOK!

He's got them teefs! And they're so cute. And manly and serious and all that but come on. Kitkat definitely looking like his nickname sake. He just needs little fluffy ears and he'd be set. Anyway.

[He shows them off, one of Katsuki yelling about something, another with Mike doing a selfie as Bakugo is eating cake, and lastly one with Bakugo showing off a silver skull gauntlet that has explosions erupting from the eye sockets. He's clearly laughing like the chaos gremlin he is.]

And I know at this point you've seen this Kitkat. Sorry but I'm one of those Dads who loves to show off pictures of his kids. I'm not sorry.

I hope everyone's okay now! Cleaning up after all that is HARD but at least my house didn't get hit too bad... Does anyone need help with anything after last week? Oh, and speaking of my house, we just added a bunch of expansions! We've got an indoor pool now! Friends can come over whenever! I think I know most people on here anyway, and Mary-chan's got a bunch of friends too.

Also also! During that whole thing I tried the full shapeshift. You know, the dragon skill that changes you on the inside and not just the outside? I did it to be more giraffe than I already am because I thought it would help me fight. And it was like, whoa! I could see everything! And hear everything! And I kinda kicked a guy into a wall! Does anyone know how to deal with sensory overload if I ever do that again because it's kind of a lot and by kind of I mean a lot a lot.

[Katsuki had been turned into a vampire a few days ago, and he's just been SO bothered by it the whole time since. No matter how many times his friends try to comfort him and reassure him that being a vampire doesn't change who he is as a person, he feels so...... evil. And he hates it.

He needs to know he's not alone in this. So that's why he's making this post today.]

So. Vampires.

How often does something like this happen? Is there anything else I should know that that welcome broadcast hasn't told me?

And, most importantly, anyone out there still needing some help? I've already found a few civilians under attack from what I've been told are 'vampires', and again from some escaped criminals. If there's any Mavericks, point me in their direction and I'll dispatch them.

[At some time on Sunday in the late evening, Edmond sends this message.]

Good evening.

Following the blackout, a coordinated attack and riot at the central Nightwake Police Station resulted in a number of criminals escaping their cells. Rest assured that all efforts are being made to recapture them, and though we don't overtly condone vigilante behaviour at this time, additional competent hands on the task are welcome.

Several individuals tied to a group known as the Nightshade gang have since been making a concentrated effort to gain access to the interior of the station. At this time we believe their target is the Doctor, a villain captured almost eighteen months ago and kept in a self-imposed magical stasis since.

He first came to our attention two years ago, when a sabotage in a mecha project being run by the Research Centre caused the uncontrolled generation of memory portals across the city. This incident was later erroneously linked to the Guild Leader Sawyer, who was on the run for three months before submitting to capture with the offer of new information on the case. Following this, a mission was launched by the guilds to apprehend the individual we then knew as 'The Doctor'. He was found and caught, but placed himself into a magical coma and has been unable to be revived since.

Over the past eighteen months we have seen no further movement relating to the Doctor's plans save for a virus discovered in the Research Centre computer systems which was planted prior to his capture. We have reason to believe that he has been abandoned by his colleagues but not by his subordinates, who are utilising the current confusion to try to release him.

At this moment in time the Doctor is still secure.

I am happy to take questions on this information and will answer to the best of my ability.

The voice is deep and smooth and one only a couple of people have heard since his voice box was repaired.]

[ Jayce turns on the camera and shifts it to a couple different angles to try and find the right one. While it comes into focus, some voices can be heard in the background and there's occasional peeks at the lab space that that they're standing in. When it finally fully focuses, Jayce is pretty close to the camera; however, there's a clear bit of pink and purple behind him and when he shifts the camera - Rio comes into view. Near her is a man with a can, who isn't wholly shown on camera, at least not yet. He leans into the camera and whispers, as if the man behind him won't be able hear when he speaks - though he most certainly can. ]

I thought about coming on and saying something important about our work. But... [ He hums, a little amused. ] A cutie from home has just recently arrived here. This lovely big girl is Rio. Isn't she adorable? She's someone very important and special and deserves a very warm welcome.

[ He nods in her direction, then he shifts, moving the camera away from him so there's a broader scope of the space behind him. From here, the lab is far more clear - tables with pieces of metal put together and what appears to be metal-shaped arms and legs when the camera lingers for a couple of moments as he tries to get a good se of focus. But, with a quick nudge to the camera it's easy to see Viktor giving Rio lots of gentle pets, love, and attention. She seems to be relishing the attention from her favorite person, too. Jayce glances back at them a moment, trying not to get caught in the process, though it's definitely not a secret he's watching. He then leans in to whisper again: ]

And this cutie with Rio is my partner, Viktor. He is Rio's absolutely favorite person. And I think she might be his favorite, too.

[ That earns Jayce a glance in his direction. ]

I just wanted to introduce everyone to them [ Wait. ] — her!

{ the video starts pretty well, set in one of the initial apartments everyone is given. ezra himself is dressed in fairly casual clothes, just a regular t-shirt and jeans. his left arm visibly has tattoos where the t-shirt doesn't reach, but other than that everything seems pretty normal. }

Hey! I heard a fair few people used this to find people to spar with, so figured I'd give it a shot as well. You don't have to worry about going too easy on me, I heal pretty fast so hopefully that makes it sound more fun and challenging. Oh! I was also going to ask if anyone needed any help for quests as well, the sooner I can get out there and doing something to help the better I'll feel about this whole thing.

[The video goes out at exactly midnight on May 1st. MK has been preparing this for an entire year. The choreography, the song choice, and getting his clones involved to practice. Which even included Candid. They'd talked after the whole dream thing and though the apology is not yet accepted, it was heard. Candid now is here to help out. Which brought his number up to four. And a fifth clone brings the number up to the right number.

The video starts with MK in the middle in his black and yellow suit. To the sides of him two clones each, Porty, Artsy, Candid, and the fifth one. Porty is in his usual shudder shades and fur coat, Artsy's clothes splattered with paint, Candid with his hair down and the fifth an MK in a leather jacket. The music starts and the boys start to dance and sing the lyrics. Of course, the titular line ends up being It's Gonna Be May~. They are all in perfect sync as they dance, moving in and out from the center of the video.

The song ends with that line again; It's Gonna Be May! The music dies down and MK grins.]

I had do to this. Had the idea last year but like after May first. So happy May everyone!

[Since the mission to the mines, Rider hadn't been able to shake her mixed feelings on her own inhuman nature. About whether someone turned into a monster remained as such, even if stripped of their power. And whilst she tried to warm up in a Frostreign cafe, having been hit with the dreaded affection-slush, now seemed as good a time as any to get the network's thoughts.

She posted anonymously, but... it would not surprise her if anyone who knew her well guessed immediately. Ah well.]

I have been thinking about a few things since that expedition where we lost our powers. If philosophical questions are not unwelcome, then I had a few of my own now that things seem more settled here.

[Typical Rider, only acting on her own internal conflicts when she thought everyone else was taken care of.]

Do not feel pressured to reply. I have been a monster for a long time. I never considered the possibility of returning to how I once was before that. But, if such an irreversible physical change as that proves to actually be reversible by this world's power, is it as simple as that, or is someone's spirit truly changed by what they became? If the latter, then what is it that makes someone 'human' or ‘not human’? Or whether someone is a 'monster', or not? ... Unrelatedly, that gang's threats about targeting Frostreign with rainstorms was apparently not an empty one.

[She hadn't realised that her plan to hide indoors to warm up would only activate the slush's effects. Well, that was a problem for when she was not anonymous.]

Good evening everyone. I have decided to ask this instead of searching for it on the search engine, because I feel that personal experiences will assist me better than looking up articles. I have been invited for dinner by a man of high regard where I'm from. I haven't made a great impression to him when we first met here in Ellipsa. I want to take this opportunity to change and create a better reputation of myself. It is important that this meeting goes well, least I once again make a fool of myself. I doubt this modest yukata that I travel around in will suffice when meeting with someone of high status. If anyone can advise me on good clothes to wear to leave a good reputation, and perhaps some pointers on etiquette, it'll be much appreciated.
