My first year was not actually spent here in Ellipsa. I was kidnapped and placed in some sort of dream prison. It was a much harsher environment and like Ellipsa they had ways to revive one after death, but unlike this land the threat of death was always emminent.
The prisoners included myself and Vil, and we were... incubating monsters, somehow. Our suffering was supposed to help. I do not understand it still, but it was a year that was really quite hard for me. For all of us.
[He will take Lilia around town to his favorite spot to get a treat- just a little ice cream cone for the walk! It's fine, Vil will not scold him for just one.]

Goodness, that sounds like it was quite the ordeal. I'm quite glad you and Vil no longer have to endure that kind of life.

It has been... nice.
Not always wonderful, there are dangers here as well, but overall very nice. I complete quests to make money, making sure our bills are kept up with, and... I get to spend time with those I care about.
Which brings me to my main topic that I wanted you to know about.
I am certain you noticed my closeness with Vil at the party. We have gotten very close over these two years. Leona as well, but I am taking things slow with him so I do not scare him off. But Vil, I... I have promised my future to, for as long as that can be.

I am... romantically involved with them, yes. Much has happened, and my heart was drawn in their directions, so as long as they are alright with the arrangement... I'm happy to be with them.
[He's usually quite stoic, but he can't help but smile as Lilia floats and grins like that.]
Vil and I have stated our intent to marry, but it isn't formal yet. And I would love nothing more than for you to assist in such a capacity.
