Hello everyone.

I don't want to take up everyone's time, so I'll be brief with my observations and questions here. It's become increasingly apparent to me that while everyone has been gifted magic, that there are several people who want to help who have no combat or non-magical fighting capabilities.

My question is this: Have you considered that you might also need physical attack and defense training as well?

If something happens to your magic you will need it.

I wouldn't be opposed to helping a few people train themselves up to be able to protect themselves, should their magic be depleted or fail altogether.

Just let me know.

i definitely had that experience before. fighting without my orbment wasn't the best feeling. i don't need to learn how to protect myself, but i could use a sparring partner to keep my skills sharp

I would love to work with you and keep myself in good shape by sparring with others. Maybe we can even put together a list sometime so that way we can all reach out to keep ourselves ready to fight.

How pertinent is such training in this place...? I have not trained in anything other than stage combat but...if this place is so dangerous, perhaps I should look into it...

While I haven't seen everyone forced out to fight, that doesn't mean that something might happen in the future.

If it's not something you want to do, you don't have to.

I am a Master of the Kamisato Art Tachi Jutsu, though our form of martial arts make use of weapons. What sort of training are you intending to give your future students?

I think it's better to know and never have to use it, then to either walk out into battle thinking magic is a good idea with no other options of self defense.

I would ideally like to start everyone with getting stronger physically, and then train them up to weapons.
